Virginia German Shepherd Rescue appreciates each and every one of our Golf Tournament and Auction sponsors and donors but we want to extend special kudos to those who have been showing their support over multiple years. Wende Bodey of Simply Sweet Sentiments in Lakeville, Ohio has been supporting our Auction since the fundraiser began in 2008. Wende is a kindhearted person with a soft spot for German Shepherds! When first asked for a donation in 2008, Wende jumped on the opportunity – even though she is not local to Virginia – and sent a beautiful candy bouquet.
