Zim came to us from the Baltimore City Animal Shelter. While he's not exactly a GSD, he's cute and personable and we're happy to have him. When he first arrived, Zim had the worst case of kennel cough his foster's vet had ever seen. It took almost a month of different antibiotics to clear it up. After that, he was neutered and microchipped. Now he's 100% healthy and ready for his fur-ever home.
We can't tell you exactly what mix of breeds Zim is...some GSD, maybe some Manchester Terrier, a touch of Shar-Pei, and probably other things as well. At approximately one year old, what we can tell you is that he's friendly, active and playful. He hasn't yet met anyone, human or canine, whom he dislikes. He would love a running buddy or someone to romp around the yard with him.
Zim is housetrained and crate-trained and could probably learn to live with a cat. He would excel at obedience and agility. We call him Zim-Zam-Zoom as he goes flying around the house, leaping over footstools in a single bound. He will eat almost anything, adores his squeeky toys and loves to chew on rawhides.
Could Zim be the boy for you?
